- Restart the DigiReception App (close the app and restart)
- reload the internet browser, Chrome works best
Update’s
Our team is always working on improving DigiReception. We were able to handle updates regularly. For the Tablet App this can be installed automatically in the Appstore and updates in Portaal, this is a web page. So no software needs to be installed on the company network.
We continue to optimize and improve DigiReception based on the wishes of our users. Do you have suggestions or wishes, please call or email us. We offer online and telephone support for questions about the operation of the system.
